This batch of plates from this collection is intended as the perfect companion for an afternoon tea. At home, we cherish tea time with chai (spiced tea), often paired with homemade cookies, muffins, samosas, or other Indian savory treats. This tiny plate can be use in many ways as you can imagine and it can even go in the oven.
It can be mixed and matched with other ceramics or become part of a complete tea set.
Dimensions: Approximately 3" in diameter
Materials: Flameware clay with an interior red glaze and the natural, beautiful exterior color of the clay.
Creation Method: Thrown and handmade
Firing: Fired to 2345°F in oxidation
All ceramics I make are microwave and dishwasher safe, crafted from flameware clay, and fired to cone 10, approximately 2300°F.
